$1000.00 Reward

Theft of HVAC units from Mt. Auburn Church in the White Oak community and Chestnut Grove Church of Christ

A thief is a thief. However, when you steal from the house of God, this puts one's morals and character at an all time low.

Over the last two weeks, some low life has decided to steal the HVAC units from two of our local churches in Perry County.  Mt. Auburn in the Whiteoak community was hit, and now Chesnut Grove. I ask that all pastors be proactive and try to obtain and use trail cameras around your premises. I also ask that residents and business owners do the same. They may start targeting other places next, while your away.

Some of these cameras are small and can be hidden very well. They also make these cameras that will send photos right to your phone or computer via an app or email, in the event the camera is spotted and stolen. This is a great asset and just might help us to put these thieves where they belong.

I’m posting a $1000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest of the ones responsible. It’s time they paid the piper.

If you wish to collect the reward, however, be sure to tell us who you are.
