Homeland Special Agents Votaw & Cobb on Duty

On November 15, 2024, the Tennessee Office of Homeland Security held commencement for Special Agent Classes 6 & 7 at the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy with Governor Bill Lee, Commissioner Jeff Long, and other executive staff in attendance. Special Agent Bryant Andrew Cobb (Class 6) and Special Agent Matthew Votaw (Class 7) took their oath and were presented with badges pinned by Governoir Lee. Also in attendance were State Representative Kirk Haston, Perry County Mayor John Carroll, Lobelville Mayor Robby Moore, and the families of Special Agents Cobb and Votaw. SA Votaw previously served as a School Resource Officer with the Perry County Sheriff's Office. With Homeland Security, SA Votaw will be assigned to Perry and Wayne Counties. SA Cobb is a former deputy with the PCSO.
